THREE HOUSES ALL INSIDE ONE ARE OF 1405 SQ MTRS. THEY ARE SURROUNDED BY BRICK WALL FENCE WITH VENTILATION STRUCTURES AT THE FRONT. THE HOUSE IN THE CENTER IS COMPLETE IN TERMS OF CONSTRUCTION WHILE OTHERS IN THE LEFT AND RIGHT ARE AT ALMOST 90% OF CONSTRUCTION STAGE.

The two houses left and right of this one at the center have self-contained services in all rooms and one public toilet. The whole complex contains three sitting rooms of different sizes, five self-contained rooms of different styles, two kitchen facilities, one dining room in the bigger house, three rooms sharing a common toilet and bath, open air verandas for easy relaxing, luxurious lighting fittings in the room and the surrounding brick wall and so more to tell. People use to say " Seeing is believing" so it is when you make a site visit that is when you can have more answers for this place of mine.

Inside this area we have planted fruit trees as follows:- Oranges, Guava, Lemon, Pawpaw’s, Passion, Bananas, Short term mango trees and others. There are two shadow trees inside the fence while outside the fence there are shadow trees only. Flowers and decorating botanical fence are inside the brick wall fence.
