Small Retail Shop Supervisor

Salary Currency: Tanzanian Shilling

This will be a full time position supervising a small shop and team of 3-5 members. Management/Supervisor experience highly preferred, but also accepting interest from those whom can be responsible for maintaining a clean, professional shop, with good customer service.

You will need to have the ability to work with and manage young adults the ages of 19-27 years old and bring team unity, while also being quite serious to ensure good behavior and work ethic among staff.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Customer service, attention to the customer at all times to be sure they are being served with quick pace
• Waste control to minimize waste
• Maintaining good visual display of products and quality control
• Managing closing stock of product and placing orders for additional product
• Reporting all shop related issues daily into system and calling into management
• Maintaining clean and organized work environment at all times

Individuals who are good working with a team and responsible enough to fulfill daily tasks without fail will succeed.

Current budget for this position is 400-500,000/month.
