POSITION TITLE**: SALES SUPERVISOR**
DUTY STATION**: DAR ES SALAAM**
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: PROPERTY MANAGER-SALES AND MARKETING
LINE MANAGER**: PROPERTY MANAGER - BRANCH**
General Position Summary:
As a key member of sales team, you will be responsible for the Co-ordination of the sales activities and sales team, effectively implementing all sales strategies.
Using all tools provided to ensure sales targets are made on time with an optimal client satisfaction rate.
**I.**Detailed Responsibilities: -
i) Manage and maintain lead flow also increase lead flow to ensure monthly targets are made.
ii) Manage and maintain number of qualified opportunities as set per target.
iii) Manage and maintain conversion rate as set per market research and sales strategies.
iv) Maintain a quote win rate as set per the sales strategy.
v) Co-ordinate mass emails, cold calls and evaluates and maintains daily targets.
vi) Co-ordinate sales meetings and inform sales team on all relevant information.
vii) Co-ordinate and ensure follow up with out-standings of each Assist in weekly design scheduling.
viii)Monitor sales growth.
ix) Evaluate sales team’s performance and highlight areas of improvement.
x) Evaluate and report on all above-mentioned duties.
xi) Compile weekly report on resources spent on clients (paying and non-paying clients).
xii) Compile weekly report on cost per lead.
xiii)Compile monthly report on the current market share as per market research data.
xiv) Train staff on products and sales methods.
xv) Implement sales strategy to ensure targets are effectively met
**III.**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
i) Bachelor degree in Bachelor of Commerce/ Marketing, Relevant Management.
ii) 4+ years’ experience in sales and management within a relevant company, or commercial environment.
iii) Good working knowledge in Microsoft and office package.
iv) A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focused on improving.
v) Knowledge and understanding of responsive sales strategies
vi) Understanding of building material and power tool products and ability to manage suppliers Experience with Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools).
vii) Strong planning skills showing attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
viii) Photography, illustration, video production skills an advantage.
ix) Sensitivity to customer care and experience.
x) Strong organizational & project management skills – with high attention to detail.
xi) Accuracy and consistency flexibility and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced team.
xii) Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills.
xiii) Team player with a positive attitude.
xiv) A good sense of initiative.
xv) A desire to have fun & be part of a high performing team.
