The main responsibility of the position is to grow and increase company market share, brand value and revenue while conducting in an ethical manner and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the company, client, regulators as well as the country. The position reports directly the Managing Director
Recent university graduate in marketing/IT/telecom's or computer engineering with ability to learn quickly to master the job.
Must be ready to study and pass required free-web-based sales training and webinars of vendors (Microsoft, Cisco etc.) so as to master them and be able to position appropriately to target customer.
Microsoft Excel hands on experience is mandatory
Microsoft PowerPoint slides preparation and ability to present is mandatory
Microsoft Word advanced knowledge.
Excellent spoken/written English is mandatory
Experience in sending/responding to customer/supplier emails; creating quotations, purchase order/own ability to close entire sales cycle is an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A well organized individual with excellent planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
Persistent, resilient and not easily disappointed.
A very persuasive individual; able to work diplomatically, harmoniously and effectively with a diverse group of people (good team player).
Candidate already selling within Tanzania Market and have a proven sales track record will have an added advantage
Starting salary not above Tshs. 1,200,000/= gross per month. In addition, commission on sales will be negotiated and agreed with the successful candidate.
