The Human resource Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the below:
-Formalization of contracts according to the Tanzanian law
-Contract follow up (transfer, addendum, warning letter e.t.c)
-Redaction of the HR policy
-Relation with Workers Union.
-Clarification of the law and its application.
-Collection of time sheets and punching in excel in order to generate the amount to be paid.
-Leave follow up.
-Coordination with accounting for the posting of Salaries.
-Printing and distribution of payslip
-Pension fund follow up.
-Relation with our employees
Casual workers follow up:
-Compilation and payments
