Provide very strong leadership and sound advice and support the change management process for the Human Resource, Administration and Legal functions of the company. The incumbent is also responsible to assist the Senior Management and provide advice and support on the handling of daily affairs of the Human Resource, Administration and Legal operation and its management of national employees.
i) Advice and assistance to set up the Company’s HR policy. Ensure that all HR policy and practices are in line with legislation required to secure compliance and safe operation.
ii) Ensure development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures
iii) Professional advice and solution in personnel conflicts/processes or staff issues when relevant.
iv) Coordinate staff recruitment and exits, orientation, training, staff benefits schemes etc.
v) Provide Legal support and advice to the top management and for the benefit of the company
i) Bachelors Degree in Law (L.LB), Master Degree in HR,Business Administration or Law will be an added advantage.
ii) A practicing Legal personnel will be an added advantage (Advocate)
iii)5+ Years experience in HR and Legal Field
iv) Having Legal Background is a must
v) Great communication, leadership and supervisory skills
