▪️Resistance Exercise Bands
This Resistance Bands set come with 5 Resistance Bands, 2 Handles, 2 Ankle straps, a foam door anchor, instruction manual and 1 travel bag.
All values are approximate as they dependent on how far the bands are stretched. Resistance bands are not meant to be stretched to its maximum capacity, instead additional bands should be hooked to increase resistance.

Taking care of your bands
As with all resistance bands, there is always a element of risk for snapping or breakage. It is important to ensure that the bands are properly inspected once received to ensure there there is no visible breakage or damage to the bands, hooks or handles.
Resistance bands should be stretched within a length of 3 times its normal length. They should not be stretched longer than 4-5 times of its original length for a period of time beyond normal exercise pace.
When finished using bands, they should be wiped down with a moist paper towel to ensure no foreign or sharp objects during use are on the bands. All bands should be kept away from direct sunlight and stored in its provided travel bag.
