To be responsible for ensuring recommended HR policies and protocols are put in place, regularly updated and followed accurately
Lead the liaison with HR advisors, ensuring robust processes and procedures are in place and adhered too
Create and establish appropriate processes within the whole organization regarding annual leave, sickness records and all other absences
Manage Operational projects within budgets, set timeliness and with required effectiveness and efficiency
Work alongside the Heads of Department to establish and drive a system of improved financial planning and monitoring
To lead and manage Head Office and ensure an effective working environment to fulfil.
Establish an inclusive culture within Head Office staff and those based in the field that develops a shared understanding of the organizations vision and mission
Assist with the annual schedule of corporate meetings
