The Director of Clinical and Community Programs is responsible for the overall management and Technical leadership of different projects under Pathfinder’s MNCH/FP/CPAC/SRH and HIV/AIDS portfolio. Working in close collaboration with the Country Director, S/he will be responsible for supervising and managing a strong team of project managers to achieve project goals and targets. S/he will develop detailed work plans, monitor project inputs and results and will be responsible for ensuring that the supported projects provide high quality technical support and assistance to project stakeholders at the local and national level. S/he will be responsible for project staff and for continuous national, regional, and district stakeholders’ engagement.
S/he will collaborate closely with the Director of PHE and Advocacy, to ensure that the MNCH/FP/CPAC/SRH and HIV/AIDS components of Pathfinder’s Population, Health, and Environment programs meet National and international standards of service delivery.
S/he will represent Pathfinder on high-level national technical working groups. S/he will contribute to program reporting and documentation and collaborate with the M&E Director and Country Director in establishing and meeting project targets. In addition, S/he will be the technical lead in new business development.
