The Pan African Postal Union, a specialized Agency of the African Union, located in Arusha, United Republic of Tanzania requires the services of a reputable Auditing Firm to audit the annual financial statements of the Union.
Interested Auditing Firms must respond with technical proposal and financial bid in sealed envelopes, together with detailed information about the Firm’s curriculum namely date of establishment; list of clients especially international organizations audited to date; relevant working experience of principal partners; technical proposal on audit methodology, work plan and timeline; audit process; fee rate structure, and any other pertinent information that will assist in assessing the proposal.
Only expression of interest received at the General Secretariat of PAPU within sixty (60) days of this publication will be considered (30th August 2017). The technical proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope while the financial bid shall be contained in another sealed envelope. Both envelopes shall be consolidated in a bigger envelop indicating the firm’s address, contact phone numbers, email and fax number (if any) at the back of the envelope, addressed to:
