DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advice program manager on ICT equipments and services
Establish and maintain structured network for computers and phones, Supervision of setting up client workstations, UPS and their configuration to the servers
Provide IT technical support, administration and maintenance to DFC staffs
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide and coordinate ICT support services to all ICT equipment such as computers and others by installing, updating and repairing ICT hardware and software to ensure long life and safety of machines
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Contributes in the development and implementation of IT plans, communicating decisions, priorities and relevant project information to relevant business units and staff levels
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Monitoring performance, capacity and availability of the network on an ongoing basis and recommend improvements in technologies and practices
Administer the development, design and implementation of new applications and changes in the existing ICT by identifying new technologies in order to cope with dynamic changes in ICT
Act as liaison person between project teams and other stakeholders in DFC when rolling out company-wide or specific FDC projects
Any other duty as directed by program manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor degree Graduate qualifications in Information technology, Computer
Science, Telecommunication or related field
