We love food and we love to eat well, so we’ve decided to provide you with 5 days of super healhty food, daily yoga classes, meditation and take you on a snorkeling trip, a tour around the mangroves on a standup paddle board AND do yoga on it.
Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required. Yes, you can totally suck at yoga and still join us.
