Job description

Ecolab is seeking a Receptionist/Front Office Administrative Assistant to provide effective administrative support to our teams and help run our business.What’s In It For You- Support an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best.

  • Providing general administration and secretarial assistance and support to management and the wider team.

What You Will Do- Manage the front office in efficient manner. Ensuring incoming and outgoing calls are handled timely and accurately.

  • Management of courier services - Responsible for coordinating incoming and out-going mails/parcels.
  • Provide routine clerical support, such as copying, distributing mail and maintaining records/files.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup, and creation of presentations and preparing meeting materials.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure that low supplies are ordered in time
  • Ensure that office equipment is in running flawlessly at all times, and arrange for equipment repairs and maintenance as necessary
  • Secretarial duties - compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials or prepares charts, graphs and tables as necessary

Position Details- Candidate must reside in: Dar-Es-Salaam

Minimum Qualifications- Diploma in Administration or Office Management. Training in Secretarial Studies will be an added advantage

  • Previous administrative experience at least 2 years
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications- Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Meticulous and able to follow instructions of a detailed and technical nature
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Process oriented, adaptable, reliable, flexible and approachable
