Reports to: Business Manager
To handle company’s organizational and clerical support tasks; such as handling customer queries and assisting to assemble their agendas, schedules and packages. The role will also involve drafting reports, proof reading, receiving guests and supporting the Business Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. To sort and distribute communications is a timely manner
2. Assist in document and reports preparation
3. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
4. Ensure compliance with established policies and government requirements
5. Monitor level of office supplies and carry out approved purchases for replenishment
6. Process payments and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
7. Maintain cost reports and manage invoices
8. Any other tasks as delegated by the Business Manager or Directors
9. Liaise with company secretary to ensure that the Business license in up to date and renewed timely annually
