The incumbent will work with the Management Group in Headquarter and Branches based on the Company strategy, to develop, communicate and implement the HR policy and strategy plan.
Working closely with other departments and teams, the incumbent will play a leading role in the policy implementation and development HR activities in all Halotel’s working area.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing guidance to all HR units involved in the Branch, in establishing the HR policy and procedure guideline, and ensuring the implementation of execution plans is supported by the Headquarter. The incumbent will need to develop a strong understanding of the Tanzanian labour regulation, common practice and Company’s HR policy for successful implementation.
