About Arena Spa:

Arena Gym & Spa is conveniently located off Ocean Rd in Dar es Salaam. The Arena Spa offers Tanzania’s first and only Hydrotherapy Vichy Shower. Developed in France, the Vichy Shower is usually part of a body treatment, like a salt scrub or body wrap. Instead of jumping up and getting in a shower to rinse off, you lie on a cushioned table while having warm water massage you like rain falling from the sky. The shower can adapt from a fine, misty water massage, to a directional pressured massage.

The Arena offers dozens of different types of massages, treatments and packages including: Thai Yoga, Balinese, Swedish, Sports, Stone and Maternity massages, and a host of other treatments such as scrubs, facials, manicure / pedicure, and more.
